A native Spanish speaker, Alexis was born in Peru. He moved to Los Angeles in his teens. He serves Ventura County and resides there in his new home. With a background in real estate finance and insurance sales, he has used his unique set of skills to help create impactful outcomes for his clients. Alexis Cespedes specializes in helping first-time Spanish-speaking buyers navigate through purchasing their first home. It is his mission to help the Latinx client transition from renting to becoming a homeowner.
